Fulfills a requirement for the PPE concentration; or, fulfills the requirement for a course in the analytic tradition for the philosophy major.
This class will cover issues at the intersection of philosophical ethics and economics. Issues include: the ethics of business practices, the normative commitments of positive and welfare economics, normative moral theory, and theories of economic and social justice. No prior experience in economics is required.
