Explores how the U.S. Supreme Court interprets the constitutions, focusing on decisions regarding the constitutional powers of Congress, the presidency, and the judiciary. Students will analyze landmark rulings on the relationship between the federal government and the states, with particular emphasis on issues like state regulation, taxation, and interstate relations.Offered by Schar Govt/International Affrs.
